You have quite a few choices these days when it comes to buying cria coats, and the suppliers you choose to buy from. Personally, we believe that there is room for everyone in this market! However, please keep in mind the many reasons why to choose Cabin "Cria-Tions".
When we started sewing cria coats 4 years ago, we started out on a Singer home sewing machine. After much frustration and tears, we moved to a heavy duty sewing machine, which worked fine, but yet, wasn't what we were looking for to achieve the quality we wanted, while working with such heavy duty fabrics and velcro.
In 2006 we bit the bullet, and added our first industrial sewing machine! There is just no comparison, these industrials were meant to sew these heavy duty fabrics and velcro, along with thick fleeces. Since then, we have added 2 additional industrial sewing machines, along with an industrial serger.
In addition to the quality equipment we use to create your cria coats, we use quality supplies! Top notch fleece, and durable nylon fabrics. New this year, an improved inner layer that adds additional warmth, adds loft to the coat, and provides a better feel overall in your hands. It has also been said that the velcro we use is much "stickier" than the velcro others use, and our coats stay on better. Quality......simply put! Our coats fit! They do not slide or slip, and will stay put the way they were meant to. It took us two years to perfect our patterns the way we wanted them. We have 11 different sizes, 3 different weights, along with just about any custom feature you could ever need.
